2022 First Holy Communion Registration

Dear Parents and Guardians,

RE: First Holy Communion Registration I hope you are keeping well and safe.

I am delighted to share with you the 2022 First Holy Communion registration package. Grade 2 students wishing to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion must be registered at Immaculate Conception Parish. Registrations will open on October 25, 2021 and will close on November 30, 2021.

In order to register your child, please fill in the attached registration form and return it to the parish office with a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate. A fee of $50 will be applied to cover the expenses (cash or cheque only). Registrations will be accepted on Monday – Friday from 9am-12pm & 1pm-5pm and on Saturday from 9am-1pm. Incomplete registrations will not be accepted.

Includedinthispackage,youwillalsofindtheSacramentdatesandinformationregardingthepreparation. Please note that due to the current situation with the pandemic, the dates/times indicated may change due to any potential future public health measures which may be imposed at the time of the ceremony. All updates will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.
